What is your return policy?

You have 30 days to exchange/return if there is an issue with the image fading out. If you're having an issue with the lids, then reach out to us, and we will send you a new one. If there are still issues after that, we can do an exchange/return.

Please note that we have attached the care information for the cup in the package. Please follow it to ensure no issues with the image on the cup. We take pictures of the cup at the time of packing to ensure quality and to avoid fraud attempts.

Do you always use orders for videos on social media?

Yes, that’s how we get our content for social media. If you are getting a personalized cup and would not like it to be shown on our social media accounts, please let us know when discussing the details of your order.

What is the shipping process?

We ship in the US ONLY. Shipping prices vary by location. 3-5 business days to process your order, and 5-7 business days to ship your order (Unless notified otherwise)
